Because of the customized nature of our treatments and the level in which we cater to our guests’ individual needs, we do not offer online scheduling.

Our system requires basic information such as your name, mobile phone number and email address. An active credit card is also necessary to hold all reservation types. Forms may additionally be associated with your appointment type, which must be completed prior to your consultation or treatment. As a medical spa, we take particular care in what products and services we suggest to you, based on the conditions you share with us.

Five days prior to your appointment, our automated system will send an email and/or text message, prompting you to confirm, reschedule or cancel your reservation. If a response has not been received by two business days ahead of your appointment, we will make a courtesy call or send another message to request your confirmation status. If your reservation still remains unconfirmed 24 hours in advance of your appointment (48 hours for Monday appointments), your reservation may be canceled.

Any appointment you make with us is reserved especially for you. In the event a scheduling adjustment is necessary, we will gladly assist in making date and time changes to your reservation. However, we respectfully require a 24-hour minimum notice for the cancelation or rescheduling of treatments. If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Our policies are enforced so that our aestheticians do not miss opportunities to serve other clients. If you miss your appointment or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, a $45 charge will be incurred.

With our Kurr Privileges loyalty program, points are earned on any retail purchase made in-store or online at kurrmedspa.com. Points are also awarded on rendered spa services.

Accumulated points carry a cash value and can be applied toward in-store purchases. Our software tracks your spending, and in-store receipts indicate how many points are available in your account.

Kurr Privileges is valid for any client who has an active profile in our in-store software system at the time a transaction is made. Gift cards, neurotoxin and dermal filler are excluded. Unredeemed points will be removed after six months of inactivity (no in-store transactions). Program rules and availability are subject to change at any time and without notice.
